中职学校计算机专业教学团队建设的现状及发展对策——以奉化区职业教育中心学校为例

The Present Situation and Development Countermeasures of Teaching Team Construction of Computer Major in Secondary Vocational School——Taking Vocational Education Center School in Fenghua District as an Example

专业教学团队的建设对于中职学校办学内涵的提升至关重要。笔者阐述了教学团队的涵义与存在的必要性,分析了奉化区职业教育中心学校计算机专业教学团队建设的现状与存在的三个主要问题,并从打造结构配置合理的教师团队、加强专业名优骨干教师培养、完善团队教师考核与激励机制三方面给出了建议。

The construction of professional teaching team is very important for the promotion of the connotation of secondary vocational school education.The author expounds the teaching team the meaning and necessity of existence,analyzes the status quo of professional teaching team construction of computer occupation education center school and the three main problems,and gives the proposal from creating a reasonable structure of the teacher team,strengthening the professional elite backbone teachers training,improving the team teacher assessment and incentive mechanism.
