摘要
科技发展的同时对计算机人才的需求增加,社会对人才的要求不断提高,人才的培养面临更加严峻的挑战。因此,创新人才培养具有一定的积极意义,能够有效达到相关行业的标准,更好发挥人才的主导作用。计算机实验教学在很大程度上决定了计算机人才的发展方向,教学水平和模式直接影响人才培养的质量,在进行教学时,应融合一定的创新理念,使学生能够具备创新思维和理念,更好提高自身的综合素质,顺应时代的发展。笔者基于创新人才培养,为计算机实验教学提供一定的路径和策略,以提高学生的能力,更好满足社会需求。
With the development of science and technology,the demand for computer talents has increased,and the demand for talents has been continuously improved,and the training of qualified personnel is faced with even more severe challenges.Therefore,the cultivation of creative talents has certain positive significance,and can effectively meet the relevant industry standards,and better play the leading role of talents.Computer experiment teaching determines the direction of development of computer talents to a great extent,the teaching level and mode directly affects the quality of talent cultivation.Some innovative ideas should be combined in teaching,so that students can have innovative thinking and ideas,improve their comprehensive quality,and keep up with the development of times.Based on the cultivation of creative talents,the author provides some paths and strategies for computer experiment teaching,in order to improve students'abilities and meet social needs better.
