Design and Implementation of Forest Right Management Information System

笔者基于GIS技术、数据库技术及B/S、C/S相结合的体系结构,分析Web GIS应用于林权管理的必要性与可行性,设计基于WebGIS的集林权宗地数据采集、数据入库、数据编辑、数据应用、林权登记及林权抵押贷款备案登记等内容的林权管理信息系统及功能模块,对提高贵阳市林权经营管理水平、促进林权制度改革、加强林权信息的科学化管理发挥了极大的作用。

Based on the combination architecture of GIS technology,database technology and B/S,C/S,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the application of WebGIS in the management of forest rights,designs forest rights management information system and functional module included forest right parcel data acquisition,data storage,data editing,data application,registration and forest right mortgage registration etc.based on WebGIS,which plays a great role in improving the management level of Guiyang city,promoting the reform of forest right system and strengthening the scientific management of forest rights information.
