基于西门子Smart Line的生产配方远程管理方法研究与实现

Research and Implementation of Remote Management Method for Production Formulation based on Siemens Smart Line

针对生产线中西门子Smart Line触摸屏的配方需要能在生产总控系统中进行管理的需求,基于Delphi与Prosave,实现了一种生产总控系统远程管理触摸屏配方的方法。通过该方法可以将远程触摸屏配方下载到总控系统数据库中并在表格中呈现,可以将表格中的所有配方上传到远程触摸屏中,实现双向互通,该方法已被应用到东风管件自动生产线项目。通过大量的测试,实际验证结果表明该方法可以达到预期效果。

The formula of Siemens Smart Line touch screen in the production line needs to be managed in the production master control system.Based on Delphi and Prosave,a method of remote control of touch screen recipe for production master control system is realized.Through this method,the remote touch screen recipe can be downloaded to the main control system database and presented in the form.All the recipes in the table can be uploaded to the r emote touch screen to realize the two-way communication.The method has been applied to the Dongfeng pipe automatic production line project.Through a lot of debugging and testing,the actual verification results show that the method can achieve the desired effect.
