摘要
临床检验是医学中一种重要的基本诊断技术,它是通过感官检查、体格检查、化学检查等方法对人体的体液、血液和分泌物进行的物理检查和分析,观察机体的病理变化状态并协助诊断疾病,其结果是支撑诊断、鉴别诊断,甚至确定诊断的重要依据。其中,血涂片制备是血液学检查的重要基本技术之一,笔者提出了一种基于红细胞压积的血推片参数自适应控制方法,通过对血的个体差异性分析,研究电机速度对不同血样特性参数的影响,推片的质量对阅片以及诊断治疗具有重要的作用。笔者以红细胞压积为基础,实现对不同血样特性进行自适应控制推片,得到一种良好的控制方法。
