近年来,我国的社会经济和科学技术迅猛发展,在此过程中,人们进入了电子商务时代中,传统的商务模式受到了很大的冲击,电子商务有效突破了传统的商务模式,使其发生了巨大的变化,同时,在一定程度上提高了信息管理水平,在我国社会经济发展的过程中占据着至关重要的位置,发挥着重要的作用。其次,在此全新的时代背景之下,信息管理与信息系统的作用和影响也不容小视,在很大程度上促进了我国电子商务的发展。基于此,阐述了我国信息体系的发展现状,并且提出了加强信息管理和信息系统建设的对策和措施。
