基于微信公众号的健康体检预约平台

随着互联网技术的快速发展,传统医疗健康体检模式已不能满足病人日益增长的需求,为了进一步提高健康体检服务水平,笔者依托微信公众号,提供健康体检一站式服务,为体检病人提供线上便捷服务。体检病人通过微信公众号实现线上评估、线上预约、缴费、报告查看及下载。通过该模式,不仅能让病人合理安排预约时间,有效避开体检高峰期,而且能为体检中心工作人员提供有效的体检病人数据,合理调度医生资源,进而提高病人的体检满意度。

With the rapid development of Internet technology,the traditional medical health mode has been unable to meet the growing needs of patients.In order to further improve the level of health examination services,the author provides a one-stop health examination services based on the WeChat Official Accounts,which can provide online convenience servicesfor medical patients.The patients can achieve online assessment,online booking,payment,report view and downloadthrough the WeChat Official Accounts.Through this model,not only patients can arrange a reasonable appointment time,which can effectively avoid the peak period of healthyexamination,but also the staff membersof the medical center can reasonably schedule the doctor resources whit effective medical examination data,which can improve the patient's medical satisfaction.
