基于政务网的浦东规土视频会议系统研究

Research on Pudong Land Planning Video Conference System based on Government Network

笔者选择视频会议系统作为研究对象,通过研究视频会议系统在国内外应用现状和发展趋势及其相关技术标准,结合上海市浦东新区规划和土地管理局目前会务管理实际情况,提出了一套基于政务网的视频会议系统建设方案,旨在改善浦东规土局机关和下属事业单位之间传统的沟通方式。同时介绍视频会议系统在浦东规土的应用情况,进一步展望其在政府机关事业单位内的应用前景。

The author chooses video conference system as the research object.By studying the application status and development trend of video conference system at home and abroad and its related technical standards,combined with the actual situation of Shanghai Pudong New Area Planning and Land Administration,puts forward video conferencing system construction program based on the government network of,aimed at improving the Pudong Bureau of the Bureau of organs and subordinate institutions between the traditional way of communication.At the same time,this paper introduces the application of video conference system in Pudong area,and further explores the prospect of government agencies and institutions.
