21世纪是"互联网+"时代,"大众创业、万众创业"已成了我国重大战略举措。由此,在培养创业人才的过程中,如何有效培养高素质的优秀人才,已成为高等教育面临的主要问题。笔者在"互联网+"时代下运用现代信息技术与虚拟技术,对创业决策竞赛平台进行了研究,其不受时间、地域的限制,可以供数千支队、数万人进行创业决策竞赛,对加快我国创业决策人才培养具有非常重要的意义。
