OA系统在高校中的现状研究及发展趋势

Research and Development Trend of OA System in Colleges and Universities

随着信息化技术的快速发展,大多数高校已建设了自己的OA系统,OA系统帮助学校实现了协同工作、公文管理、知识管理、公共信息查询、会议管理、事务安排等办公的无纸化和网络化,是高校信息化建设的基础,提高了高校办公和办事的效率。笔者以中国民航飞行学院为例,深入分析OA系统在高校中的现状和发展趋势。

With the rapid development of information and technology,most colleges and universities have built their own OA system.OA system helps the school achieve collaborative work,document management,knowledge management,public information inquiries,conference management,and paperless and network of the office arrangements which is the foundation of information construction in universities and improves the efficiency of office and service.In this paper,the author analyzes the present situation and development trend of OA system in China's civil aviation college.
