摘要
为进一步整合开放医疗数据和社会其他资源,笔者提出了一套数据利用方案。以无锡市局部路网为原型,构建了一个基于互联网+医疗的用户终端应用模型。本模型将交通数据应用于智慧医疗终端,采用Dijkstra最优路径算法与多层级TOPSIS归一化法评价方案为患者规划最优就诊医院与相应路径。该模型能实现医院就诊数据的拟合分析,为用户择日就医提供参考。笔者据此搭建了智慧医疗终端仿真系统。
To integrate the open medical data and other social resources in a further distance,the author proposes a series of data utilization scenario.The paper takes part of Wuxi’s roads network as a prototype to construct an application model based on the Internet and medical data.The model includes the path optimization and data analysis.This model applies the traffic data to intelligent medical terminal creatively,it uses Dijkstra path optimization and a multi-level normalization method Topsis to design a series of scenario for patients to go to the optimized hospital and the corresponding path.This model can analyze the outpatient service data and polyfit it wisely,which gives the references to patients for their selection of time to see the doctor.The author constructs a simulation system with Matlab according to the theory above.
