静态交通作为城市综合交通的重要组成部分,在城市发展进程中发挥着重要的作用。当前,利用信息化手段提升静态交通资源配置能力、业务管理能力、信息共享能力,进而有效提升静态交通行业管理能级,对于城市综合交通发展具有重要意义。笔者以静态交通管理需求为导向,以问题分析为切入点,以有效提升静态交通管理服务现代化水平为目标,分析城市静态交通管理信息化系统建设框架和内容,以期利用信息化手段有效提升静态交通管理能力,为进一步加强静态交通行业管理提供参考。

As an important part of urban comprehensive transportation,static traffic plays an important role in the process of urban development.At present,the allocation of resources and improve the static traffic management ability and information sharing capabilities by means of information,and thus effectively improve the static traffic management level,has important significance for the city's comprehensive transportation development.Based on the static traffic management oriented to problem analysis as a starting point,in order to effectively improve the static traffic management service level of modernization as the goal,analysis of city static traffic management information system framework and content,in order to effectively enhance the ability of static traffic management by means of information,provide a reference for the further strengthening of the static traffic management industry.
