摘要
在国家信息化战略的大背景下,医院信息管理系统得到了飞速的发展。尤其是在"云大物移"技术的普及和推广下,各项新兴技术更是在医院各业务系统中得到了广泛的应用。比如为解决看病难、挂号难的问题,建立了多种平台预约挂号的模式;为了更好掌握病人病情,实现了病人就诊信息和健康数据的共享等。为解决上述问题,不可避免需要与多个软件厂商的合作,如何解决不同软件之间的接口问题则显得尤为重要。笔者将从实际出发,结合在三级医院多年的工作实践,对三级医院业务系统接口模式进行讨论。
Under the overall background of the national informatization strategy,the hospital information management system also has obtained rapid development.Especially with the popularization and promotion of the“CBIM”(Cloud Computing,Big Data,Internet of Things and Mobile Internet)technology,various emerging technologies have been widely used in hospital service systems.To solve the difficulty in receiving medical treatment and registration,for example,a variety of platforms have been established for appointment registration;in order to better grasp the patients’conditions,the patients’treatment information and health data,etc.can be shared.To solve the above-mentioned problems,the cooperation is inevitably needed among multiple software manufacturers and simultaneously how to realize the interface compatibility between different software is particularly important.In this Paper,I’ll start from the reality to discuss the interface modes of the service systems in tertiary hospitals based on my years’working experience in tertiary hospitals.
