市级烟草商业企业IT多点运维模式构建研究

Research on the Construction of IT Multi Point Operation and Maintenance Mode of Municipal Tobacco Commercial Enterprise

当前,企业信息化管理成为提高企业综合竞争力的重要手段。但由于烟草企业在IT运维管理中缺乏有效的管理体系支撑,IT运维管理并没有在运营中发挥出理想的作用。因此,建设IT多点运维模式,对提升各级人员管理和决策水平尤为重要。通过调查市级烟草商业企业IT运维现状,分析其中存在的问题,提出构建IT多点运维管理模式,从而切实提升IT运维服务水平和效能,更好发挥信息化在烟草商业企业现代化建设中的支撑作用。

At present,the enterprise information management has become an important means to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.However,due to the lack of an effective management system support in the IT operation and maintenance management,IT operation and maintenance management has not played an ideal role in the operation.Therefore,the construction of IT multi-point operation and maintenance mode,to enhance the level of personnel management and decision-making is particularly important.By investigating the status quo of IT operation and maintenance of municipal tobacco commercial enterprises,this paper analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward the construction of IT multi point operation and maintenance management model based on IT,so as to effectively improve the IT operation and maintenance service level and efficiency,give full play to the supporting role of informatization in the modernization of tobacco commercial enterprises.
