The Effective Use of Computer and Modern Information Technology in the Network Petition Work

目前,如何有效利用计算机和现代信息技术在传统信访形式的基础上,加强信访工作的办公自动化建设,开发计算机"网络信访"业务,构建新的信访格局,从而满足广大人民群众的信访要求,是各级党委政府共同关注的焦点。笔者对网络信访工作中,计算机和现代信息技术的有效利用进行了研究,分别介绍了重要性和具体策略。

At present,how to effectively use the computer and modern information technology in the form of traditional petition on the basis of strengthening the office work of petition construction,the development of computer"network petition"business,build a new petition pattern,so as to meet the petition requirements of the broad masses of the people,is the focus of the par ty committees and governments at all levels of common concern.In this paper,the network petition work,the computer and the effective use of modern information technology were studied,respectively,introduced the importance and specific strategies.
