变应性鼻炎患者中MAPK和NF-κB信号通路的表达变化

Expression of MAPK and NF-κappa B signaling pathway in patients with allergic rhinitis

目的探讨变应性鼻炎(AR)患者中促分裂素原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)和核转录因子(NF-κB)信号通路的表达及变化。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测AR患者(试验组)和健康体检者(对照组)血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-Iβ、IL-4、p38MAPK和NF-κB的表达。结果与对照组相比,试验组中TNF-α、IL-Iβ、IL-4、p38MAPK和NF-κB的表达明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AR患者血清中TNF-α、IL-Iβ、IL-4、p38MAPK和NF-κB呈过度表达状态;检测患者血清中的相关细胞因子,NF-κB有利于了解患者过敏状态并协助AR的诊断。

Objective To investigate the expression and effects of mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)signaling pathway in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods The levels of TNF-α,IL-Iβ,IL-4,p38MAPK and NF-κB in serum of patients with allergic rhinitis(experimental group)and healthy subjects(control group)were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Compared with the control group,the expression of TNF-α,IL-Iβ,IL-4,p38MAPK and NF-κB in the experimental group were significantly increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of TNF-α,IL-Iβ,IL-4,p38MAPK and NF-κB in serum of patients with allergic rhinitis were overexpressed.It is conducive to understanding the patient allergic state and to assist the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis by detection related factors in serum.
