糜子他感作用研究

Study on Allelopathy of Panicum Miliaceum L.

试验研究了糜子(Panicum miliaceum L.)浸提液对5种植物(萝藦、谷子、白菜、苘麻、万寿菊)种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,糜子的他感作用是存在的;并且不同浓度糜子浸提液对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响不同;3种浓度的糜子浸提液对5种植物种子萌发及幼苗生长有显著影响.

The extracts from Panicum miliaceum L.were used to study the effects on seed germination as well as seedling growth of these five plants,Metaplexis japonica(Thunberg)Makino,Setaria italica(L.)Beauv.,Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis Makino,Abutilon theophrasti Medicus(velvetleaf)and Tagetes erecta L..Results showed that there was obvious allelopathic effects of extracts from Panicum miliaceum L.;there were different degrees of effects on seed germination and seedling growth by different dilution of the extracts of Panicum miliaceum L.;those three kinds of extracts from Panicum miliaceum L.significantly affected the values of seed germination and seedling growth of these five plants.
