摘要
针对输转系统作业步骤复杂、设备类型多、流程评估困难等问题,提出了一种将复杂系统划分为多个子系统并建立子系统间串并联关系的效能评估计算方法。分析输转系统的作业过程,结合子系统之间的串并联关系,构建作业评估指标体系,基于ADC模型完成整个输转系统评估,得到任务方案的作业综合效能。经过实例计算比对,提出的方法科学、可行,易于分析不同方案优劣,且拓宽了ADC模型的工程应用。
Aiming at the features of transport operation including complex operational procedures,diversified equipment types and difficult process assessment,a kind of performance evaluation method was proposed.In the method,a complex system is divided into many subsystems and a relationship of series-parallel connection among the subsystems is established.By using the method,the operational process of the transport system is analyzed.In combination with the relationship of series-parallel connection among the subsystems,an operational evaluation index system is established,the complete transport system is evaluated on basis of availability,dependability and capability(ADC)model and the comprehensive operational performance of the task scheme is finally obtained.It was verified by real example that the proposed method is scientific and feasible,the merits and disadvantages of different schemes can be easily analyzed,in addition,the engineering application of ADC model can be widened.
