摘要
物联网系统是茶叶加工厂往工业4.0方向发展、建设智慧茶厂的一项重要信息化系统,而网关又是整个系统的核心。文章首先介绍了智慧茶厂物联网系统的总体架构,详细描述了物联网网关采用的OPC开放式工业标准及MQTT协议,并基于此构建了一个基础版的智慧茶厂物联网网关通信系统。
The Internet of things(IoT)is an important information system of tea processing factory to industrial development.This paper first introduces the overall architecture of intelligent factory networking system,and then from the perception layer,network layer and application layer are designed respectively,a detailed description of the implementation of the networking gateway OPC open industry standard and based on MQTT protocol.Finally,using HTML5 and Struts2 to achieve a simple,easy-to-use man-machine control and access to the page,completed the design of wisdom tea networking system a basic version.
