协同效应下团队竞争式计算机基础实验教学研究

Research on the computer basics experiment teaching with synergistic effect and team competition

在总结近年来大学计算机基础实验教学改革的基础上,提出以协同效应和团队竞争的模式来进行大学计算机基础实验教学的改革。其主要方法是将"协同效应"应用于计算机基础课程的实验教学,让学生以学习团队的形式参与实验任务,团队之间以竞争的方式来决定课程任务分配并辅以一定的激励,以达到个体式独立完成实验任务所不能达到的效果。探讨了在协同效应和团队竞争下学生参与"大学计算机"课程实验教学的过程和方法。

On the basis of summarizing the recent research on experiment teaching reform of computer basics,this paper proposes the reform of computer basics experiment teaching base on mode of synergistic effect and team competition.The main method is applying"synergistic effect"to the experiment teaching of computer basic courses;let students participate in the experimental task in the form of a learning team.The allocation of course tasks is decided by the teams in a competitive way,and with certain incentives,so as to achieve the effect that can't be achieved by individuals accomplishing the experimental tasks independently.This paper discusses the process and method for students to participate in the experiment teaching of"College Computer"course with synergistic effect and team competition.
