甘草黄酮增强训练小鼠运动能力及耐缺氧的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的采用运动实验与生化指标检测相结合的方法,研究甘草黄酮对训练小鼠运动能力和耐缺氧的作用。方法 SPF级雄性昆明小鼠144只随机分为安静对照组、甘草黄酮安静组、训练对照组、甘草黄酮训练组,每组36只,甘草黄酮安静组和甘草黄酮训练组小鼠连续5周灌胃给予甘草黄酮(300[mg(kg-1·d)-1]),训练对照组和甘草黄酮训练组小鼠进行每周6d的递进式游泳训练,5周后,观察小鼠力竭游泳时间、肝糖原、血乳酸、血尿素氮以及抗缺氧能力的变化。结果与安静对照组相比,甘草黄酮安静组的缺氧耐受时间明显延长(P<0.05);与训练对照组相比,甘草黄酮训练组的力竭游泳时间延长(P<0.05);与训练对照组相比,甘草黄酮训练组的肝糖原含量增加(P<0.05),运动后血乳酸和血尿素氮水平进一步降低(P<0.05)。结论甘草黄酮能提高小鼠的耐缺氧能力,可延长训练小鼠的运动时间,提高训练小鼠的肝糖原含量,降低训练小鼠运动后血乳酸和血尿素氮的水平,证明甘草黄酮具有增强运动能力、缓解运动性疲劳和促进疲劳恢复的作用。 Objective To explore the effect of glycyrrhiza flavonoids on exercise performance and enduring the deficiency of oxygen in rats.Methods 144 Male Kunming rats were selected and were randomly divided into:control group,control group of glycyrrhiza flavonoids,endurance exercise group,and endurance exercise group of glycyrrhiza flavonoids.After training for five weeks,the duration of exhaustive swimming and deficiency of oxygen,the changes of hepatic glycogen,blood lactic acid and blood urea nitrogen were detected.Results Compared with control group,the hypoxia tolerance time of control group of glycyrrhiza flavonoids was longer(P<0.05).Compared with endurance exercise group,the time of exhaustive swimming of endurance exercise group was obviously longer(P<0.05).Compared with endurance exercise group,the contents of hepatic glycogen in endurance exercise group increased significantly(P<0.05).The contents of blood lactic acid and blood urea nitrogen in endurance exercise group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Glycyrrhiza flavonoids can lengthen the duration of exhaustive swimming,improve the hypoxia tolerance,increase the contents of hepatic glycogen,and obviously decrease the contents of blood lactic acid and blood urea nitrogen of rats after training.It suggests that glycyrrhiza flavonoids can be applied to relieve fatigue and promote the recovery of exercise-induced fatigue of rats.
