摘要
甲状腺结节是指甲状腺内出现的一个或多个结构异常团块,临床工作中,对于发现的甲状腺结节,一般需通过实验室检验、影像学资料及病理资料综合判断,明确甲状腺结节的性质,决定下一步治疗方案。随着诊疗水平的提高及人们健康意识的增强,甲状腺结节的患病率呈上升趋势,因此,对于甲状腺结节,规范化系统诊疗显得尤为重要。
Thyroid nodules refer to one or more structural abnormalities occurring in the thyroid.In clinical practice,once thyroid nodules are found,their nature should be determined through laboratory tests,diagnostic imaging,and pathological examinations to decide therapy plan.With the improvement of diagnostic and therapeutic levels and the enhancement of people′s health consciousness,the prevalence of thyroid nodules is rising.Therefore,standardized diagnosis and treatment of thyroid nodules become more important.
