福建省优质稻鉴评材料米质鉴定与初筛

Quality identification and preliminary screening of high quality rice varieties for characterization and evaluation in Fujian Province

对福建省种子总站提供的69份优质稻鉴评材料(主推广品种24个、后备品种45个)进行米质分析与评价,结果表明:各项指标中糙米率与透明度表现最好,达标率均为100%;糊化温度、直链淀粉含量、胶稠度达标率分别为73.9%、82.6%、98.6%;整精米率和垩白度达标率较低,分别为68.1%和50.7%。在参试的69个品种中达到优质稻标准的品种有23个,其中推广品种14个、后备品种9个。

In this paper,69 high quality rice varieties for characterization and evaluation provided by Fujian Seed Station,which including 24 main varieties for commercialization and 45 candidate varieties were used as materials to analyze and evaluate rice quality.The results showed that among all the indices,standard reaching rate of brown rice rate and transparence were the best,reaching all 100%.Standard reaching rate of gelatinization temperature,amylose content and gel consistency were in the second level,reaching 73.9%,82.6%and 98.6%,respectively.Standard reaching rate of breakage and chalkiness rate were lower,reaching 68.1%and 50.7%,respectively.Among all 69 varieties,23 varieties reached high quality standard including 14 main varieties for commercialization and 6 candidate varieties.
