石油化工品事故池的消防问题

Fire Protection Problem of Oil Chemical Accident Pool

近年来发生的许多石油化工事故,不断地提醒我们在发生大型的石油化工爆炸事故之后,其产生和遗留下来的事故燃料以及为了救灾而产生的消防水常常会导致环境被严重污染的情况。相比于事故本身所造成的损失,这种污染所带来的影响也常常是不可估量的。因此,有关部门一直在提倡石油化工厂所必须建立起相应的事故池,但是在现实中却缺乏有关的规定和指导。因此本文为了弥补这个缺口,提出了相应的建议。

Many petrochemical accidents happened in recent years,constantly remind us that the fuel produced and left by accident as well as the fire water caused by disaster relief often lead to serious environmental pollution after the occurrence of large-scale petrochemical explosion accident.Compared with the loss caused by the accident itself,the impact of pollution is often incalculable.Therefore,the relevant departments have been advocating the establishment of the corresponding accident pool by oil chemical plant,but in reality,it lack of relevant regulations and guidance.Therefore,in order to make up for this gap,this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
