摘要
在科学技术快速发展推动下,现代化的工业生产规模日益扩大,集成化和一体化的管控成为了流程工业常减压装置主要管理方式。本文对常减压装置动态建模环节中的加热炉模型、换热器模型以及精馏塔模型等多种建模方式进行了简单概述,随后在此基础上进一步分析了常减压装置的多分辨率仿真测试流程,旨在为关注这一领域的人士提供一些可行性较高的参考意见,共同推动现代化工业生产快速发展。
Driven by the rapid development of science and technology,the scale of modem industrial production is expanding day by day.The integration of management and control become the main management mode o f atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in process industry.In this paper,the heating furnace model,heat exchanger model and rectification tower model in the dynamic modeling link of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit are briefly summarized,and then the multi-resolution simulation test process of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is further analyzed on this basis,aiming to provide some feasible reference opinions for people who pay attention to this field,and promoting the rapid development of modem industrial production jointly.
