摘要
大榭石化2.0Mt/a柴油加氢改质装置,由于加工原料与设计原料性质相差较大,原料组份较轻,硫、氮含量等苛刻度较设计原料较优,导致加氢精制反应器总温升仅为11℃,与设计总温升36℃有较大偏差,导致裂化反应器入口温度不足。为保证裂化反应器入口温度,加大了反应炉的负荷,造成反应炉持续超负荷运行。蜡油加氢装置轻质燃料油,通过两套加氢装置去DCC柴油线与开工低氮油线的跨接,做为柴油加氢装置的原料,对蜡油加氢装置轻质燃料油进行掺炼。
In terms of Daxie petrochemical 2.OMt/a diesel fuel hydrogenation device because the processing material and design material properties vary greatly,and the raw material component is better than design materials from the light,sulfur and nitrogen content and severity,resulting in hydrogenation reactor total temperature rise is only 11 degrees,which has a large deviation with the 36 degrees of total temperature rise,lead to the shortage of cracking reactor entrance temperature.In order to ensure the cracking reactor entrance temperature,the load of the reacting furnace was increased,which resulted in the continuous overloading of the reactor.The light fuel oil of the wax oil hydrogenation device is used as feedstock of the diesel hydrogenation device through connecting the DCC diesel oil line and the start-up low-nitrogen oil line of the two sets of hydrogenation devices,and made a blending of the light fuel oil of the wax oil hydrogenation device.
