石墨烯及其衍生物在散热材料中的应用

Application of Graphene and Its Derivatives in Heat Dissipation Materials

石墨烯凭借其优异的热学、光学、电学等性能,受到了科学界的广泛关注,而凭借其超高的横向热导率,石墨烯及其衍生物在散热材料方面的应用取得了很大的进展。本文以应用方式为线索,简单介绍了石墨烯及其衍生物在散热材料方面的应用,并就其未来发展趋势给出了自己的看法。

Graphene has drawn a lot of attentions recently due to its outstanding properties and has shown promising results in thermal management applications.In this paper,we discussed some of the use of graphene derivatives and itself in different thermal management applications.Some proposals were suggested as well for further research and development in related fields.
