摘要
随着节约资源、保护环境的理念发展普及,我国很多地区由烧煤炭变为使用天然气,天然气的使用量增多使得铺设的长输管道频繁运输天然气。促进环境质量提升的同时也引发了一个问题:天然气腐蚀管道外壁。因此,设置防腐层非常必要,管道防腐层能够保护管道,其完整度也能将腐蚀状态表示出来,管道数量大增,防腐层数量上升,管道外防腐层的检测问题便更加迫在眉睫。在多种管道防腐层检测方法中,最常见的就是多频管中电流法,即PCM。笔者分析了PCM的概念和其工作原理,分析了它用于防腐层质量检查的影响因素和使用时应注意的问题,希望能够为管道企业提供参考,使得PCM管道电流测量能够在长输管道中得到综合利用。
With the development and popularization of the concept of saving resources and protecting the environment,many areas in China have changed from burning coal to using natural gas,and the increasing use of natural gas makes the laid long-distance pipeline transport natural gas frequently.The promotion of environmental quality also raises a problem:natural gas corrodes the outer wall of the pipeline.Therefore,it is necessary to provide an anticorrosive coating.Pipeline anticorrosive coating can protect the pipeline,its integrity can also show the corrosion state.With the increase of pipelines and anti-corrosion coatings number,the inspection of anti-corrosion coatings outside pipelines is more urgent.In many kinds of pipeline anti-corrosion coatings inspection methods,the most common one is the pipeline current mapper,namely PCM.The author analyzes the concept and working principle of PCM,as well as the influencing factors and problems that should be paid attention to when it is used for anti-corrosion coating quality inspection,hoping to provide a reference for pipeline enterprises,so that PCM pipeline current measurement can be comprehensively used in long-distance pipeline.
