摘要
随着我国工业发展水平的提高,生产过程中的设备应用要求也在不断提高,精馏塔就是石油化工以及医药领域应用比较广泛的设备,在当前的发展中对其自动化的需求愈来愈大。本文主要从理论层面,就精馏塔主要结构以及精馏的原理简要阐述,然后就精馏塔工作的影响条件以及自动化控制系统设计和系统优化应用详细探究,希冀能通过此次研究,为精馏塔自动控制系统应用效率提高打下理论基础。
With the improvement of industrial development level in China,the equipment application requirements in the production process are also constantly improving.Distillation column is a widely used equipment in petrochemical and pharmaceutical fields,and the demand for automation is increasing in the current development.This paper mainly introduced the main structure and distillation principle of distillation column briefly from the theoretical level,and then explored the affecting conditions of distillation column working,the design of automatic control system and system optimization application in detail,hoping to lay a theoretical foundation for improving the application efficiency of automatic control system of distillation column through this research.
