摘要
本文的环氧苯丙树脂的制备是采用自由基溶液聚合法,并将合成的树脂和含钛金属的无机溶液进行复配并得到有机-无机的杂化膜。文章主要从工艺条件和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)用量两个方面对聚合物的相对分子质量分布情况进行探讨,并从热稳定性、接触角和涂膜性能等角度探究了杂化膜的性能。
In this paper,the preparation of epoxy styrene-acrylic resin is made by free radical solution polymerization method,and the resin we get is compounded with inorganic solution containing titanium metal to obtain organic-inorganic hybrid film.In this paper,the relative molecular weight distribution ofpolymers was discussedfrom the aspectsof process conditions and the amount ofglycidyl methacrylate(GMA),and the properties of hybridfilms were investigatedfrom the aspects of thermal stability,contact angle and coating properties.
