摘要
文章首先对钻井泥浆泵冷缸损伤的基本理论进行简要介绍,并在此基础上从多个方面着手,进行钻井泥浆泵冷缸的理化检验分析,以此来有效解决钻井系统运行过程中出现的冷缸失效问题,从根本上提高系统运行的安全性和稳定性。
In this paper,the basic theory of cold cylinder damage of drilling mud pump is briefly introduced,and based on this,the physical and chemical inspection and analysis of cold cylinder of drilling mud pump are carried out from some different aspects,so as to effectively solve the problem of cold cylinder failure in the process of drilling system operation,andfundamentally improve the safety and stability of system operation.
