Calculation and Design of Unloading Crude Oil Trestle Process by Train

原油装卸系统设计过程中,根据炼油厂的炼油能力、管道的输送能力、油库的储存能力等确定原油装卸能力、装卸油工艺选择、栈桥尺寸等问题。本文结合实际设计经验,阐述了原油卸油栈桥的设计过程和设备选择,并对零位罐容积的计算进行了重点介绍及设计中应注意的问题。

During the design process of crude oil loading and unloading system,the crude oil loading and unloading capacity,oil loading and unloading process selection,trestle size and other issues are determined according to the refinery oil refining capacity,pipeline transportation capacity,oil depot storage capacity,etc.Combining with practical design experience,this paper expounds the design process and equipment selection of crude oil unloading trestle,and emphatically introduces the calculation of zero tank volume and some problems needing attention in the design process.
