Discussion on Daily Maintenance of Oil Production Equipment

采油设备在采油工作中发挥巨大的作用,随着石油行业进入快车道发展时代,为提高采油效率,采油设备一直处于高负荷,持续性工作状态下,设备的正常与否决定着生产是否可以正常进行。所以对重点采油设备的维护与保养就显的尤为重要。本文从采油设备基础保养为切入点,对进行采油重点设备的定期维护保养、多种制度方法阐述、保养措施优化等方面进行简要探讨。

Oil production equipment plays an important role in oil production.With the rapid development of the oil industry,in order to improve the efficiency of oil production,oil production equipment has been in a high load,continuous working condition,while,whether the equipment is normal or not determines whether the production can be normal.Therefore,it is particularly important for the key oil production equipment maintenance.From the point of view of basic maintenance of oil production equipment,this paper briefly discusses the regular maintenance of key oil production equipment,the elaboration of various systems and methods,and the optimization of maintenance measures.
