摘要
聚氨酯树脂是合成革的重要原材料,其具有良好的机械物理性能,但是由于聚氨酯存在黄变现象比较严重,因而给聚氨酯合成革的实际应用带来一些问题。为了能够有效解决聚氨酯合成革黄变问题,我们深入分析了聚氨酯合成革黄变的原理,并就黄变的检测方法进行阐述,从而不断提高聚氨酯合成革抗黄变的性能。
Polyurethane resin is an important raw material of synthetic leather,it has good mechanical and physical properties.However,because of the serious yellowing phenomenon of polyurethane,it brings some problems to the practical application of polyurethane synthetic leather.In order to effectively solve the yellowing problem ofpolyurethane synthetic leather,we deeply analyzed the yellowing principleofpolyurethane synthetic leather,and elaborated the yellow detection method,so as to continuously improve the anti-yellowing properties ofpolyurethane synthetic leather.
