新医改背景下医师多点执业推行困难问题思考

Reflections on the difficulties of practicing multidig professional practitioners under the background of new medical reform

医师多点执业一直被认为是可有效解决我国医疗资源配置不均的手段之一,2014年国家卫计委出台《关于推进和规范医师多点执业的若干意见》,各地方也陆续出台了相关配套鼓励性文件。政策实施已有四年时间,本文通过对医师多点执业现状进行分析,找出政策推行中遇到的困难,并提出相应的意见建议。

Multi-point practice of physicians has long been considered as an effective solution to the uneven distribution of medical resources in our country.In 2014,the State Health Planning Commission issued"Several Opinions on Promoting and Standardizing Multi-point Practicing of Physicians",related supporting incentive documents were also put out by local commissions.The policy has been implemented for four years.By analyzing the current situation of physicians'multi-point practice,this paper identifies the difficulties encountered in the implementation of the policy and puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions.
