慢性心力衰竭患者心功能分级与血清尿酸、CA125、BNP水平的相关性分析

目的研究血清尿酸、CA125及BNP水平在慢性心力衰竭不同心功能分级患者中的水平变化,以此作为诊断依据并制定治疗方案。方法选取2016年3月～2017年5月在我院接受治疗的40例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究组,并按照NYHA分级标准对其进行分级,同时选取在我院接受体检的20例健康人为对照组,对两组受试者的血清尿酸、CA125、BNP水平进行检测并分析检验结果,结合不同心功能分级的各项指标,分析相关指标与受试者心功能之间的相关性。结果研究组HYHA各级别患者的血清尿酸、CA125及BNP水平均高于对照组,且心功能级别越高,各项指标的水平越高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者的心功能等级越高,其左心房直径和左室舒张末内径越高,与此同时左室射血分数则逐渐降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者的血清尿酸、CA125及BNP这三项指标的水平变化与其心功能分级呈正相关性,可以较为准确地对患者进行病情评估,从而帮助患者制定有效的治疗方案,对其治疗和预后提供参考建议,值得推广。

Objective To study the changes of serum uric acid,CA125 and BNP levels in chronic heart failure patients with different cardiac function classification which is to be as a basis for diagnosis,and to develop the treatment plan.Methods 40 patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from March 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the study group and were graded according to the NYHA classification criteria.At the same time,the 20 healthy patients who received physical examination in our hospital were chosen as the control group.The levels of serum uric acid,CA125 and BNP in two groups were detected and analyzed,and the correlation between indicators and cardiac function in patients was analyzed in combination with the indexes of patients with different cardiac function.Results The levels of serum uric acid,CA125 and BNP in the study group were higher than those in the control group.The higher the level of heart function,the higher the level of each index,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The higher the level of cardiac function was,the higher the left atrium diameter and the diastolic diameter of the left ventricle.Meanwhile,the left ventricular ejection fraction decreased gradually with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum uric acid,CA125 and BNP in patients with chronic heart failure have a positive correlation with the grading of cardiac function,which can be used to evaluate patients'condition accurately and help them develop effective treatment plan.And it can also provide reference for treatment and prognosis and is worth promoting.
