曲美他嗪对老年冠心病心绞痛合并高血脂患者的疗效

The effectiveness of trimetazidine in elder patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris combined with hyperlipidemia

目的探讨曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病心绞痛合并高血脂患者的效果。方法选择我院从2014年8月～2016年11月间收治的老年冠心病心绞痛合并高血脂患者58例作为研究对象,按照患者入院日期单双号随机分组方案,将其分为两组,分别为对照组和实验组;对照组患者采用硝苯地平缓释片进行治疗,而实验组患者在对照组的用药基础上加入曲美他嗪对患者进行治疗;对比两组患者的冠心病心绞痛发作状况,评价其治疗有效性,同时记录患者的总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)变化,对比两组患者的治疗结果。结果实验结果显示,实验组患者的冠心病治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但两组患者治疗后血脂状况未获得明显改善,治疗前后和两组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用曲美他嗪对冠心病心绞痛进行治疗,具有较好的治疗效果,但如果应用于老年冠心病心绞痛合并高血脂患者的治疗时,还需要应用相应的降血脂药物对患者进行治疗,才能保证患者的治疗效果,从而提高患者的恢复状况。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of trimetazidine in elder patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris combined with hyperlipidemia.Methods 58 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris combined with hyperlipidemia in our hospital from August 2014 and November 2016 were selected and randomized into control group and experimental group according to the odd-even admission date.Patients in control group were treated with nifedipine sustained release tablets.Patients in experimental group were given additional trimetazidine.The attacks of angina pectoris in patients of two groups were compared to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment.The changes of total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)were recorded to compare the treatment outcome.Results It showed the effectiveness of coronary heart disease treatment in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of blood cholesterol after treatment were not improved significantly in both of two groups compared with the levels before treatment,nor were significant difference found between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effectiveness of trimetazidine in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris is good.However,it is necessary to combine cholesterol-lowering drugs with trimetazidine in the treatment of elder patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris combined with hyperlipidemia to assure the effectiveness and improve the recovery of patients.
