118例脑卒中住院患者心理护理效果观察

The effectiveness of mental nursing in 118 inpatients with stroke

目的探讨心理护理干预对脑卒中患者负面心理的作用,从而对脑卒中患者的临床护理提供指导,促进患者心理、生理和社会职能的恢复。方法选取2016年1月～2017年1月间我院神经内科住院的脑卒中患者116例作为研究对象,并随机分为心理护理干预组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理,干预组额外实施心理护理干预。比较两组患者SAS量表、SDS量表、SCL-90量表和HAMA量表得分,评价患者心理状况。结果干预组患者SAS量表、SDS量表、SCL-90量表和HAMA量表得分均较对照组明显降低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组护理后满意率为94.93%,高于对照组的84.48%(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者实施有针对性的心理护理干预措施,可以改善患者的生存质量,有利于患者生理功能恢复和社会职能的恢复。

Objective To provide guidance of clinical nursing in patients with stroke and promote the recovery of patients'psychological,physical and social functioning by investigating the effect of mental nursing intervention on the negative psychological states in patients with stroke.Methods A total of 116 patients in the department of neurology of our hospital from January,2016 to January,2017 were selected and randomized assigned into mental nursing intervention group and control group.Patients in control group received routine nursing care.Patients in intervention group received additional mental nursing intervention.The score of SAS,SDS,SCL-90 and HAMA was compared between two groups to evaluate the psychological status of patients.Results Compared with control group,the score of SAS,SDS,SCL-90 and HAMA in intervention group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of intervention group was 94.93%,which was higher than that of control group(84.48%,P<0.05).Conclusion Pertinent mental nursing intervention in patients with stroke could improve the quality of life and help with the recovery of patients'physical and social functioning.
