粪便钙卫蛋白与炎症性肠病的研究进展

Research progress of fecal calprotectin and inflammatory bowel disease

钙卫蛋白(calprotectin)是一种具有抗炎、抗微生物、抗增殖、参与细胞信号传递等多种生物学功能,能与钙结合的不均一的复合蛋白质,且其稳定性高,不受环境、温度影响,在肠道发生炎症的情况下含量升高,也可评价肠道炎症的活动性,可客观评价炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)疾病活动性、临床治疗效果及预测疾病复发有价值的亚临床标志物。本文就钙卫蛋白与IBD的研究进展进行综述。

Calprotectin is a heterogeneous complex protein that has been found in recent years and binds to calcium.Calprotectin is a heterogeneous complex protein that has been found to bind calcium in recent years.It has a variety of biological functions such as anti-inflammatory,anti-microbial,anti-proliferation,and participating in cell signaling.In the case of intestinal inflammation,the content of calprotectin increases,with high stability and free from the influence of temperature and environment.Calprotectin is not destroyed by enzymes,bacteria and can evaluate the activity and treatment effect of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),and can serve as a subclinical marker for predicting disease recurrence.This article reviews the progresses of calprotectin and inflammatory bowel disease.
