摘要
借鉴选择性非催化还原(SNCR)脱硝处理技术,采用尿素作为还原剂,尝试在原煤中掺入尿素进行炉内燃烧,发现在适当的炉膛温度(850℃~1150℃)下,尿素迅速热分解成NH_3并与烟气中的NO_X反应生成氮气、二氧化碳和水。实验表明,这一做法能有效抑制烟气中NO_X的排放,实现锅炉烟气氮氧化物减排的效果。
In this paper,the authors introduce the characteristics of SNCR denitration using urea as reducing agent,and try to control the emission of nitrogen oxide from the combustion of urea furnace in raw coal.It was found that at proper furnace temperature(850℃~1150℃),urea was decomposed to NH3 and generated into nitrogen,carbon dioxide and water by synthesis with NOX.It is therefore proved that the combustion of the urea furnace in raw coal can effectively suppress the emission of NOX and provide reference for the control of the emission of nitrogen oxide of the boiler.
