摘要
以STC15系列单片机为控制核心,在不检测电机转轴旋转运动的前提下,分别通过电流频率测速法和磁场频率测速法,实现直流电机转速测量。系统装置主要包括交流电流提取与脉冲变换电路、交变磁场检测与脉冲变换电路、单片机脉冲频率检测与转速转算。实测表明,本装置的测速范围、响应速度和测量误差等指标全部满足设计要求。
The core of this design is the STC15 serial SCM,without testing the motion of spindle rotation,the rotate speed of direct current machines was detected by adopting current frequency measurement and magnetic field frequency measurement.The systemic device includes extraction of alternating current and pulse conversion circuit,Alternating Current Field Measurement and pulse conversion circuit,and SCM pulse frequency detection and rotate speed.The actual detection showed that the speed range,response speed and measuring error of this device meet all the requirements of the design.
