行业型职教集团发展困境及对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures of Industry-based Vocational Education Group's Development

行业型职业教育集团在我国迅速发展,在加深校企合作、推动产教融合方面发挥重要作用。当前行业型职业教育集团在强化内涵建设过程中面临诸多问题——集团组织机构不健全、管理制度不完善,成员间缺乏利益纽带、合作不紧密,信息化交流平台缺失,政府支持力不足等,这些问题使职教集团的发展处于困境,亟需通过完善集团组织机构与相应制度,搭建成员间的利益纽带,构建信息化交流平台与加大政府支持力度等方式破解困境,推动职教集团更好地发展。

With the fast development of the industry-based vocational education group in our country,it plays an important role in University-enterprise cooperation and promoting the integration between industry sector and vocational education.At present,there are many problems in strengthening the connotation construction of the industry-based vocational education group:the organization is unsound,the management system are imperfect,the members lack the interest link,the information exchange platform has not been established,and the government support is not enough.These problems have caused the Group's development to be in a dilemma.It is imperative to improve the organizational structure of the Group and reform of the relevant systems and mechanisms,build ties of interest among members,establish an information exchange platform and get more support from the government to break through the difficulties and promote better development of the industry-based vocational education group.
