摘要
"双师型"教师建设是我国高等职业教育发展的重要目标和迫切要求,提升教师实践能力是"双师型"教师队伍建设的重要措施。分析了提升高职院校"双师型"教师实践能力面临的现实困境,提出了完善制度设计、建立激励机制、健全培养培训体系,建立专项培养资金,加强教师职业生涯规划等对策。
The construction of“Double-qualified”college teachers’team is an important goal and urgent need for the development of higher vocational education in China,and to improve the practical abilities of such teachers is an important measure to the construction of“Doublequalified”college teachers’team.In this paper,the author analyzes the practical predicament faced by higher vocational colleges in promoting“Double-qualified”teachers’practical abilities,and puts forward countermeasures such as perfecting systemic design,establishing awarding mechanism,perfecting the training system,setting up specified training fund,and strengthening the planning of teachers’career path.
