摘要
高层次人才是高职院校提高核心竞争力、办出特色教育的核心要素。但当前高职院校高层次人才的开发在开发理念、人才建设、人才培养方面还存在一些问题,从更新理念、多种激励并行、重视引进后的人才培养三个方面提出具有可操作性的高层次人才开发策略。
High-level talents are the core elements for higher vocational colleges to improve their core competitiveness and carry out distinctive education.However,there are some problems in the development and use of high-level talents in terms of talent development concept,talent building and personnel training respectively.The article analyzes three aspects of high-level talent development:renewing concept,incentive mechanisms in parallel and attaching importance to personnel training after introduction,so as to draw practical tactics of high-level talent development.
