湖南省养老产业现状分析与发展对策

Analysis on the Status Quo of the Pension Industry and its Development Countermeasures in Hunan

自2014年起,中国经济整体步入了新常态,人口老龄化已经成为影响我国社会经济发展的一个重要因素,此背景下的养老产业需求量大、辐射面广、社会经济贡献大,将迎来巨大的发展机遇。目前,湖南是我国老龄化程度最高的城市之一,近30年来,湖南老年人口总量急剧增加,老龄化程度发展迅速,但养老产业的供应不足,还存在着一些结构性问题,拟从政府组织、老年用品、服务体系、金融创新、产业规划等方面提出一些政策建议,以期湖南养老产业成为新的经济增长极。

Since 2014,China economy has entered a new norm,the aging population has become an important factor affecting China's social and economic development,the background of the pension industry demand for large,wide area,economic and social contribution,will usher in a huge development opportunities.At present,Hunan is one of the highest degree of aging in China.In the past 30 years,Hunan's total elderly population has increased dramatically,the aging degree of rapid development,but the pension industry supply,there are still some structural problems,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions from the government organization,old products,service system,financial innovation industry,planning and other aspects,in order to Hunan pension industry has become a new economic growth pole.
