湖南省贫困县农户参与扶贫活动类型演变及区域差异分析

The Analysis of the Type Evolution and Regional Difference of Peasant Households in Poverty-stricken County in Human Province

以湖南省贫困县为样本,从时间维度上,纵向比较贫困县、片区县、武陵山片区县、罗霄山片区县农户参与扶贫活动演变及区域差异情况。研究发现,农户参与扶贫活动项目呈多元化且不稳定趋势,扶贫政策对于农户参与扶贫活动有较大的影响作用。因此,应重视改善农户和增强非贫困户自身发展能力,培育能带动贫困户长期稳定增收的特色产业,适当的组织实施转移就业和异地搬迁脱贫,从而实现脱贫目标。

This paper takes poor country in Hunan Province as sample from time dimension,furthermore compare the evolution and difference of farmers'participation in poverty alleviation longitudinally from impoverished area and country,Wuling mountains area,and Luoxiao mountians area.Research indicate the activity of framers'participation in poverty alleviation show diversified and instable tendency,and the policy have important impact.Therefore for achieve the aim of out of poverty,government should pay attention to improve the circumstance and enhance the developmental capability of non-poor resident themselves,promote the long-term characteristic industry to offer stable income of poor resident,and organize the employment transfer and relocation away from poverty district.
