无政府状态下的国际体系造成国家间的"文化安全困境",国家意识形态的竞争是传统文化安全的主要形式。在当今和平与发展的年代,国家间文化经济的竞争逐渐上升成为非传统文化安全的主要竞争形式,其中文化产业之间的竞争成为当代国际文化竞争的新形态。在无政府状态下,实现中华民族文化复兴应大力发展文化产业,而发展文化产业关键在于提升文化创新能力。

International security under the State of Anarchy causes Cultural security dilemma among countries.The competition of national ideology is the main form of the traditional Culture Security.In the age of peace and development,the competition of culture economy among countries is rising gradually to the main form of competition in the non-traditional culture security.The competition of culture industry is also becoming a new form of international cultural competition.Under the state of anarchy,we must vigorously develop the cultural industry for achieving the Revival of Chinese Culture.But it is the key for developing the culture industry to improving the ability of cultural innovation.
