The Practical Experience of Ideological and Political Education in Central Soviet Area and Its Contemporary Enlightenment

中央苏区时期，在没有任何现成的思想政治教育经验可供借鉴的情况下，担任中央教育人民委员部副部长和代部长的徐特立身兼重任，在不断的摸索和实践中，创造出了一套十分宝贵的思想政治教育经验，如将理论与实际相结合、理论研究与教学工作相结合、丰富内容与多样形式相结合、言传与身教相结合等。当今的高校思想政治教育应借鉴徐特立在中央苏区思想政治教育的经验，坚持理论联系实际，重视理论研究与教学工作，创新思想政治教育的方式方法，重视教师的人才队伍建设，真正实现思想政治教育的全程育人、全方位育人。

During the central Soviet areas period,there was no experience of ideological and political education to draw lessons from.In such circumstances,XU Te-li,acting minister and vice minister of education of the central people's committee,created a set of valuable experience in ideological and political education through constant exploration and practice,such as combining theory with practice,theory research with teaching,rich content with various forms and deeds with words,etc.Nowadays,when carrying out ideological and political education in colleges and universities,teachers should draw lessons fromthis experience in central Soviet area,adhering to the theory with practice,attaching importance to theoretical research and teaching,innovating ideological and political education methods,attaching great importance to the talent team construction of teachers,and really realizing the ideological and political education in the whole process of the education and comprehensive education.
