摘要
为规范早期教育工作者的职业行为,加拿大安大略省通过立法、成立行业自律协会,对早期教育工作者实施注册制度,监管注册人员,受理与调查投诉问题。投诉受理委员会对问题进行甄别,情节轻微的问题直接给出处理意见,严重的职业不当行为移交纪律委员会处理,教育者知识、能力不足的问题移交职业适应性委员会处理。上述部门依照法律法规对注册人员进行惩处,处理结果面向社会公示。通过建立行业自律机制,完善投诉处理程序,该省早期教育工作者的职业行为得到了有效监督。
In order to standardize the professional behaviour of the registered early-stage educators,laws have been passed,trade self-discipline associations have been established and a registration system has been carried out to supervise them and to settle and investigate complaints in Ontario,Canada.The acceptance committee will look into the complaints.Those trivial offenses will get their handling suggestions immediately.Serious professional misbehaviours will be turned over to the disciplinary committee to be settled.The deficiency of the educators’knowledge and abilities will be handed over to be settled by the professional adaptability committee.The registered members will be punished by the above-mentioned departments according to the laws and rules and the results will be publicised.Through the establishment of the trade self-discipline system and the perfection of the complaint settlement procedures,the professional behaviour of the early-stage educators in Ontario has been supervised effectively.
