农村小学自然小班化存在问题及对策——以X市D小学为例 被引量:1

Problems Existing in the Naturally Smallized Classes at the Rural Primary Schools and Their Countermeasures——Take D Primary School in X City as an Example

摘要 随着教育改革的“撤点并校”,教育资源得到重新整合,越来越多的农村小学呈现出自然小班化的状况。通过调研X市D小学的教育教学质量,发现农村小学面临着城乡差距拉大、教育教学软硬件资源不完善、师资队伍质量参差不齐、学生就读数量逐渐减少等问题。为此,政府应实施区域政策向弱小学校倾斜,完善办学条件;学校应树立“小而特”的办学理念,加强师资和教学管理团队建设;建立多元化教育教学课堂,引入家长资源等措施,提高农村小学的教育教学水平,促进学生的个性发展。 Since the“the abrogation of teaching points and the combination of schools”was carried out to re-allocate the educational resources,a growing number of primary schools in the rural areas are becoming small.The survey of the educational and teaching quality of D Primary School in X City shows that primary school education in the rural areas is facing problems such as the widening of the gap between urban and rural areas,the imperfection of the educational and teaching software and hardware resources,the unevenness of the quality of the teaching staffs and the gradual decrease of the number of students and son.Therefore,the government’s regional policies should lean towards the small and weak schools and perfect their school-running conditions.The schools should pursue the school-running ideal of“being small but special”and strengthen the building of the teaching staff and the teaching management group.Multiple educational and teaching classes should be established and the parents should be motivated to promote the educational and teaching standards of the rural primary schools and boost the development of the pupils’characters.
